Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts in different departments of Himachal Pradesh Government through ORA, which shall be available on the Commission’s website www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc up to 22nd Oct., 2019 till 11:59 P.M., thereafter link will be disabled. (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act-1956. Holders of educational qualification(s) included in part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section-13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii)A postgraduate degree in the concerned speciality as mentioned in Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications. (iii)At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer / Registrar / Demonstrator/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned speciality in any recognized Medical College.
45 years and below
Deputy Government Analyst, Class-II (Gazetted)

(i) Should be Graduate in Medicine or Science or Medical Laboratory technology or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry of a University established in India by Law or has an equivalent qualification from a University recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purposes and has after obtaining the said degree not less than eleven years experience in the testing of drugs in a laboratory under the control of (i) a Government Analyst appointed under the Act or
(ii) the head of an institutions or testing laboratory approved for the purpose by the Central/Sate Government from time to time. Or Should possess a Post Graduate degree in Medicine or Science or Medical Laboratory Technology or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry of a University established in India by the Law or has an equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purposes or possesses the Associate ship diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India) obtained by passing the said examination with ‘Analysis of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals’ as one of the subject and has after obtaining the said post graduate degree or diploma not less than eight years experience in the testing of drugs in laboratory under the control of
(i) a Government Analyst appointed under the Act or
(ii) the head of an institutions or testing laboratory approved for the purpose by the Central/Sate Government from time to time.

Principal in College of Pharmaceutical Science,

(i) Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda i.e. Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalkya Tantra, Samhita & basic principles, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga, Ras Shastra & Bhaishjya Kalpna, Dravyaguna Vigyana, Sharir Kriya, Sharir Rachana, Rog Nidan, Swastha Vrita, Agad Tantra, Panchkarma and Kumar Bharitya etc. from any recognized University established by law or the degree recognized by CCIM/H.P Government. However, Ph.D Degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda mentioned above from any recognized University established by law or the degree recognized by CCIM/H.P. Government shall be given preference.
(ii) At least 15 years teaching experience in a recognized Ayurveda College after acquiring Post Graduate degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda.

Drug Inspector in the department of Health Safety & Regulation,

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry with pharmaceutics as essential subject of an University established in India by the Law or its equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purpose or the Associateship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India) obtained by passing the Examination with “Analysis of Drugs and pharmaceuticals” as one of the subject. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Graduate in Medicine of an University recognized for this purpose by the appointing authority and has had at least one year’s postgraduate training in a laboratory under
(i) a Government Analyst appointed under the Act, or
(ii) a Chemical Examiner, or
(iii) the head of an institution specifically approved for the purpose by the appointing authority; Provided that only those Inspectors:-
(i) who have not less than 18 months experience in the manufacture of at least one of the substances specified in Schedule-C; OR
(ii) who have not less than 18 months’ experience in testing of at least one of the substances specified in Schedule–C in a laboratory approved for this purpose, by the Licensing Authority; OR
(iii) who have gained experience of not less than three years in the inspection of firm manufacturing any of the substances specified in Schedule-C appended to these rules during the tenure of their service as Drug Inspectors shall be authorized to inspect the manufacture of the substances mentioned in Schedule-C.

How to Apply:

Detailed instructions for filling up Online Recruitment Applications are available on the above mentioned website.

a) Desirous/ eligible candidates must have to apply online through official website of the Commission http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
b) The candidates, who wish to apply for more than one post, should apply separately for each post and will have to pay the requisite examination fees for each post in the prescribed manner.
c) After submitting the Online Recruitment Application(s) (ORA), the candidates are required to take a printout of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application and submit the same along with requisite attested documents / certificates in support of their eligibility to the concerned Section Officer i.e. R-I, either by hand or post within 07 days from the prescribed last date of receipt of applications failing which his/her candidature shall stand finally rejected. Non submission of the certificates will make them ineligible to sit in the examination/ to appear in the Personality Test.
d) In case the candidate has applied against more than one item i.e. post published in the advertisement, the candidate is required to submit separate copies of requisite attested documents/ certificates along with the printout of the Online Recruitment Application of each post on the day of Screening Test for the respective posts.
