Bombay High Court Recruitment of Clerk for 64 posts : Last Date 17/08/2019
The High Court of Bombay Bench at Nagpur has been granted permission to prepare Select List of 64 candidates and Wait List of 64 candidates, total 128 candidates, for the post of Clerk, [by keeping 4%, i.e. 3 posts reserved for persons with disabilities in the light of directions issued in Writ Petition (L) No. 1137/2018 with P.I.L. No. 72 of 2018 (P.I.L. No. 46 of 2018 Aurangabad Bench) and these posts will be filled in near future as per the Notification of the High Court]. By this advertisement, online applications are invited from eligible candidates, who fulfill eligibility criteria on the date of publication of this advertisement, in the pay scale of S-6 : Rs. 19900 – 63200/-/- plus allowances as per the Rules.

Educational qualification: A candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree from recognized University.
Preference will, however, be given to Law Graduates. must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination, or examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. for English Typing with speed of 40 w.p.m. must possess Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processors in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org. obtained from any of the following Institutes :
(a) Universities established under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
(b) Goa/Maharashtra State Board of Technical Educational.
(c) NIC
(d) DOEACC
(e) APTECH
(f) NIIT
(g) C-DAC
(h) DATAPRO
(i) SSI
(j) BOSTON
(k) CEDIT
(l) MS-CIT
Age Limit: On the date of publication of advertisement, age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years, for General category and not more than 43 years, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class or Special Backward Class specified for the time being by the Government of Maharashtra. The maximum age limit shall not be applicable to the High Court/Government Employees.
