Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board has invited the online application for recruitment to the post of Lower Division Clerk, Stenographer, Jr. Lab Assistant, Legal Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Jr. Environmental Engineer and Welfare Officer for 204 posts.
Name of Post: Lower Division Clerk
No. of Post: 27 posts
Educational qualification: 12th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or university. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 05 key depressions for each word.)
Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- (pre-revised)
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
Name of Post: Welfare Officer/Probation Officer
No. of Post:110 posts
Educational qualification: Master’s Degree in social work or Master of Art (Sociology) or Post Graduate Degree in Criminology from a recognized university/Institute.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- (pre-revised)
Age Limit: 30 years
Name of Post: Junior Environmental Engineer
No. of Post: 48 posts
Educational qualification: Degree in Engineering in Environment/Civil from a recognized University or Institution. OR 03 years Diploma in Engineering in Environment / Civil from a recognized Board/University or Institution and 03 years experience in pollution control activity/sewerage works is required.
Scale of Pay: PB.2 Rs. 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- (pre-revised)
Age Limit: 30 years
Name of Post: Junior Lab Assistant
No. of Post: 07 posts
Educational qualification: 12th class pass with science stream from a recognized Board with three years experience in laboratory works Or, Degree in Science from a recognized university/institution.
Scale of Pay: PB.2 Rs. 5200-20200/-, Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- (pre-revised)
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- One Hundred Only. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Persons with Disability & Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fee.
How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through the website http://dsssbonline.nic.in. The closing date for submission of online application is upto 11.59 P.M. on 05/03/2019 after which the link will be disabled. The candidates must apply Online only. No other mode of application shall be accepted. The candidates must read the INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING ONLINE carefully, which are available on the website of the Board, before filling up Online Application Form for the post(s) concerned. Benefit of reservation for various categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC etc. shall be given as per the policy of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The successful candidates will be required to submit/upload legible Self attested copies of the documents, Admit Card alongwith the hard copy of printout of online application form at the time of verification of documents (any information contained in the attached certificates shall not be considered unless it is claimed in the application form). The centers for holding the examination will be in Delhi NCR only. The candidates must carry government photo identity card or Aadhaar Card to the examination centre, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear for the examination.
