Staff Selection Commission North Western Region SSC NWR invites the
application for the post of Deputy Ranger, Junior Technical Assistant and
various vacancies for 28 Posts. Candidates should go through the
Recruitment Notice carefully before applying for the post and ensure that
they fulfil all the eligibility conditions like Age-Limit/Essential
Qualifications (EQs)/ Experience/ Caste/ Category etc. as indicated in this
Notice. Candidature of candidates not meeting the eligibility conditions is

University. Two years experience in Forest Survey or Working Plan
organization or Forest Resources Survey work in State Forest Department.

Educational qualification:
Certificate in Forest Ranger’s course from any recognized Institute/
Graduate in Science/Computer Science.
Age Limit:
18 to 27 years for Deputy Ranger and 28 years for Junior Technical
Assistant.

All India
Selection Process:
The Government has dispensed with Interviews for Junior Level Posts.
Accordingly, recruitment to Selection Posts will be made through Written
Examination in Computer Based Mode consisting of Objective Type Multiple
Choice Questions.
Application Fee:
Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred only) through “SBI Net-Banking/Credit Cards/Debit
Cards of all Banks” or through SBI Challan. Fee paid through any other mode
will NOT be accepted. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any
circumstances. Fee should be paid separately for each category of post
applied.
How to Apply:
Candidates will have to apply for each category of post separately and pay
fee for each category. Candidate may note that only online Applications
will be accepted at http://ssconline.nic.in Applications
received through any other mode would be summarily rejected. Candidates
should apply only once for any post. In case of multiple applications for
any one post, all the applications will be rejected summarily.
