Educational qualification: Degree in Unani Tib of University established by law in India Or Five years’ degree or diploma in Unani Tib of the Board of Indian Medicine, U.P. & Registration as a Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, U.P. with Atleast six month’s professional experience of State unani or Allopathic Hospital or Dispensary.

3. Name of Post: Dental Surgeon

No of Posts: 33 Posts

Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100/-

Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-

Educational qualification: B.D.S. (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognised University or an equivalent qualification recognized by Indian Dental Council. And Registration in the Dental Council of U.P.

Age Limit: As on 01.07.2016

a. For Medical Officer: 21 to 40 years 

b. For Dental Surgeon: 22 to 40 years 

Job Location: Uttar Pradesh 

Application Fee: After filling in the Candidates ‘Registration’ format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except E-Challan. The above fee, according to the category, is as under:

a. For Unreserved (General): Rs.105/-

b. For OBC candidates: Rs.105/-

c. For SC/ST candidates: Rs.65/-

d. For Handicapped: Rs.25/-
