Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission APPSC invites the application for the post Assistant Section Officer, Senior Accountant, Assistant Commercial Tax Officer and various vacancies for 982 posts.

Detail of Post:

1. Name of Post: Assistant Section Officer

No of Posts: 124 posts

Scale of Pay: Rs.26600-77030/-

Educational qualification: Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

2. Name of Post: Senior Accountant 

No of posts: 240 Posts

Scale of Pay: Rs.22460-66330/-

Educational qualification: Must have passed in Commerce or Economics or Mathematics of any University recognized by the U.G.C. Provided that a person who possess any Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act, or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C shall also be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment on and from 25th June, 1979 

AND

 Pass in any one of the following Certificate Course Examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., Hyderabad. (a) Office Automation (b) PC Maintenance and Troubleshooting (c) Web designing.

OR

 Must hold a Degree in B.C.A., or B.Sc. (Computers).

3. Name of Post: Assistant Commercial Tax Officer

No of Posts: 96 posts

Scale of Pay: Rs.28940-78910/-

Educational qualification: Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

Age Limit: 18 to 42 years as on 01.07.2016

Job Location: Andhra Pradesh

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Screening Test, Computer based test & Mock Test.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 250/- towards Online Application Processing Fee & Rs. 80/- towards Examination Fees to be paid by online through Net Banking/ Credit card / Debit Card . SC/ ST/ BC/ PH/ Unemployed (applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years). candidates belonging to Telangana State are exempted from Examination fee.
