Essential Qualification :
For Dy. General Manager (Works) : Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
For Dy. General Manager (Foundry) : Graduate Engineer in Metallurgy.

Post Qualification Experience :

For Dy. General Manager (Works) : 18 years experience in Production and Manufacturing preferably in Engineering /Steel /Railways etc. Should be capable of handling Manufacturing Unit/Factory independently.

For Dy. General Manager (Works) : 18 years experience in Steel foundry in a manufacturing unit capable of handling a foundry unit independently.
