22 Ammunition Company, Ministry of Defence invites application for recruitment to the post of Fireman & Painter vide Recruitment Notice No. 01/2015.

Name of the post : Fireman

Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-

Minimum Educational Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent.

Eligibility for Physical endurance test :

i) Physical Fitness : Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the tests specified below :

(aa) Height without shoes - 16.5 cms

(ab) Chest (un-expanded) - 81.5 cms

(ac) Chest (on expanded) 85 cms

(ad) Weight - 50 kgs (minimu)

ii) Endurance Test

(aa) Carrying a man (Fireman lift) of 63.5 kgs up to a distance of -183 mtrs within 96 sec.

(ab) Clearing 2.7 mtrs wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump).

(ac) Climbing 3 mtrs vertical rope using hands and feet.

(ad) Passing a timed run.

(ae) Passing written test and personal interview.

Name of the post : Painter

Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-

Minimum Educational Qualification : 1. Matriculation or equivalent. 2. Certificate from a recognized ITI or 3 years training and/or experience of actual work in the trade.

Physical/Skill test : Tests specified by board of Officers including physical test and/or skill test.

Age Limit :

UR- 18 to 25 years

OBC - 18 to 28 years

SC/ST - 18 to 30 years

Service Condition : Successful candidates are liable for all India service including field areas.

Exam pattern/syllabus: The question papers of written test (Objective type) will be in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi as under:

General Intelligence and Reasoning - 25 questions of 25 marks

Numerical Aptitude - 25 questions of 25 marks 

General English - 50 questions of 50 marks

General Awareness - 50 questions of 50 marks

Total 150 questions of 150 marks for 2 hours.
