Experience : Minimum 4 years of research experience
subsequent to their degree.
Desirable : Candidates with M.Tech. degree in Computer
Science with strong background in theoretical computer science and special
emphasis on computational complexity theory.
Job Requirement : Project Scientific Offer(C) will assist Associate Professor in his project on Boolean functions, approximation and inapproximability of combinatorial optimization problems and communication complexity. The goal of the project is to understand the properties of Boolean functions and obtain a better understanding of the approximability of various combinatorial optimization problems and communication protocols. This work will involve familiarity with Fourier analysis over Boolean functions, linear and semi-definite programming methods in combinatorial optimization.
